The Opportunity
The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst will play a key role in maximizing productivity and business outcomes for sales and internal teams. You will be responsible for prioritizing our systems queue, support the administration of our forecasting tool, drive new or incremental systems enhancements for more scalable operations. This role will interact with stakeholders across the business to support improvements and provide consistent communication.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, who is dedicated to mentoring and guiding each team member to reach their full potential. Our work setup is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week, providing a balanced approach that facilitates both in-person collaboration and flexibility. Travel requirements for this position are minimal, ensuring that your focus remains on team success and achieving our goals without extensive time away from home.
Your Role
- Manage, prioritize and triage (as needed) requests within the systems queue
- Support system and process changes related to our sales and forecasting tools
- Perform detailed end user testing for release of new functionalities
- Create ad hoc reporting, dashboards, analysis within CRM / forecasting tool
- Partner cross-functionally to define scope, gather and document requirements
- Track progress of key projects and re-define requirements as needed
- Align and communicate with internal stakeholders on key priorities and initiatives
- Simultaneously support multiple program
What You Will Bring
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the SaaS industry preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a sales driven organization preferred
- An understanding of subscription selling
- Experience owning and prioritizing systems queues
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Clari
- Experience with using and developing reports and dashboards and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite)
- Knowledge and experience working with channel or resellers is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
