As the single owner of Sales Operations, you will build the systems powering VESSL AI’s US go-to-market engine. You’ll own the CRM architecture, automate pipeline workflows, and deliver the critical forecasting leadership relies on. This is a foundational role where you’ll define the data layer for a high-growth AI infrastructure startup.

What You Will Do
- Architect and manage the HubSpot CRM end-to-end, including lead routing, deal stages, and data hygiene automations.
- Partner with Finance to maintain the GTM P&L, tracking spend, margins, and unit economics to drive efficient growth.
- Monitor deal health throughout the funnel, surfacing risks early and running the deal desk to streamline approvals.
The ideal candidate
- 3 to 5 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
- Deep expertise as a HubSpot admin with the ability to build complex integrations and trusted reporting from the ground up.
- Analytical mindset proficient in pipeline analytics and forecasting, with a passion for using AI tools to automate operational tasks.
