About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst connects sales, marketing, customer success, and finance systems to improve how revenue moves through the business. The role owns reporting, data quality, process analysis, and system workflows across the go-to-market technology stack.
You will translate business requirements into reliable dashboards, automations, and operating processes. The work directly improves forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, lead routing, CRM adoption, and the productivity of revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Analyze funnel, pipeline, bookings, retention, and forecast data to identify trends, gaps, and revenue-impacting risks
- Administer and improve CRM workflows, validation rules, lead routing, opportunity stages, and sales process automation
- Audit and resolve data-quality issues across CRM, marketing automation, billing, and product systems
- Translate stakeholder requirements into documented processes, system specifications, and measurable operating improvements
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and data teams to define metrics and establish consistent reporting standards
- Support territory planning, quota and capacity analysis, forecasting cycles, and ad hoc business reviews
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM, including reporting, workflow configuration, and data management
- Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills; comfortable joining datasets, validating metrics, and investigating data discrepancies
- Experience building dashboards and executive reporting in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode
- Understanding of B2B revenue processes, including lead lifecycle management, pipeline stages, forecasting, bookings, and customer handoffs
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, analytics, or a related field; Bonus: experience with dbt, Snowflake, Segment, Marketo, Workato, or similar data and automation platforms
