Role Description The Director of Sales Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales processes, tools, and metrics that support revenue growth and efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing pipeline management, forecasting, territory and quota planning, and sales reporting. The Director will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align go-to-market strategies, optimize sales enablement programs, and drive data-informed decision making. This role also includes managing CRM utilization, improving sales workflows, coaching sales teams on best practices, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support strategic decision making.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Background in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in Sales Enablement, including tools, content, training, and programs that improve sales effectiveness.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools; experience implementing or optimizing sales technology stacks.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams, building scalable processes, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical product environments is beneficial.
