Bay Area based Private Equity/Real Estate Investment firm seeks an Interim CFO to oversee fund accounting, management company, investor relations, compliance and HR. This role is expected to work anywhere between 30-40 hours per week and will span approximately 12 months. The firm has 3 multi strategy funds with an AUM of approximately $700M and will manage 1 internal staff and report to the owner. This role will work onsite in San Francisco 2 days per week.
Requirements:
- 10+ years Fund and Management Company accounting experience at a PE fund.
- Prior experience at the VP Finance or CFO level reporting level at a PE firm.
- Ability to be both hands on and high level.
- Prior real estate experience at the fund level is highly desired.
- Must be open to a 12 month/long term consulting role.
