About Us
We are reimagining how people buy and navigate healthcare.
More than 80% of Americans receive health insurance through an employer or purchase coverage through individual and Medicare exchanges. Yet the experience remains overpriced, opaque, and inefficient. We replace the traditional brokerage with an AI-native platform built to streamline this process while helping you choose plans, find care, schedule appointments, call insurance, and fight bills.
Our goal is not to build a better brokerage. It is to redefine how healthcare is bought and managed across America.
Why Join Us
- Scaling quickly - We are growing quickly and looking for zero-to-one operators who want an outsized opportunity to learn and shape the company’s future.
- High impact - Healthcare costs are rising at record rates, while the user journey has never been worse. Join us as we rebuild an industry.
- Best-in-class talent - Work alongside teammates from leading tech companies including Uber, Faire, Airbnb, Rippling, Google, Forward, and Collective Health, as well as brokerage industry leaders including Newfront, WTW, Marsh, and Sequoia. Our team works together in person in San Francisco.
- Well funded Seed stage startup incubated alongside the healthcare and AI roll-up teams at General Catalyst.
About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on operator to build the processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that will form the operating foundation of our brokerage.
This person will work across the company to understand how work gets done today, improve and expand existing workflows, and create the structure needed as volume and complexity increase. They will own operational projects, build visibility into the work, and help turn a traditionally services-heavy business into an automated technology platform.
A central part of the role will be determining how work shifts over time from people to AI agents. This person will design workflows that span both and build the systems needed to manage quality, performance, and accountability regardless of how the work is completed.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is systems-minded, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants broad exposure to how an early-stage company is built.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a detailed understanding of our business and how our core processes and handoffs fit together
- Improve and expand workflows as the business grows, including determining how work should be divided between people, AI agents, and deterministic software
- Create dashboards, SLAs, quality measures, and evals that make work and performance easier to manage
- Organize the company’s knowledge and operating resources so information is clear and usable by both the team and AI agents
- Investigate breakdowns and recurring issues, identify their causes, and put durable solutions in place
- Turn operational pain points and manual work into clear requirements for product and engineering
- Test and roll out new processes, internal tools, automations, and agent-based workflows
- Keep priority operational initiatives organized and moving through completion
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, and/or product operations
- You are a systems thinker and naturally see the connections between people, processes, information, and technology
- You enjoy getting into the details of how work gets done and finding clearer, more effective ways to run it
- You are excited to build with AI
- You are comfortable using data, dashboards, and operational tools to understand and improve performance
- You can translate clearly between operational and technical teams
- You are organized, resourceful, and reliable without requiring significant structure around you
- You have a strong work ethic and are drawn to zero-to-one environments where roles evolve and there is room to take on increasing ownership
