PE-Backed CFO | Commercial Construction Services
Finatal has been exclusively retained by a private equity-backed commercial construction services business to appoint its next Chief Financial Officer.
Based in Denver, the company has operated for more than 40 years and has built a strong reputation across commercial roofing and related building services. The business currently generates approximately $60 million in revenue and $10 million in EBITDA, with a strategic plan to scale toward $250 million through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions across the Rocky Mountain region and surrounding markets.
