Job Summary: The Sales Operations & Executive Coordinator supports the effective operation of the Americas sales organization by combining executive administration, sales operations, sales enablement, reporting, CRM coordination, and special-project support.
The role is responsible for reducing the administrative and operational workload of the Vice President of Sales Americas and the Inside Sales Manager, while improving consistency, organization, follow-up, and visibility across the regional sales organization.
The coordinator will help organize management activities, prepare meetings and business reviews, maintain sales enablement resources, coordinate onboarding programs, manage tradeshow and customer-meeting calendars, support reporting and CRM data quality, and ensure that important decisions and action items are properly communicated and tracked.
This position is intended to be broader than a traditional executive assistant role. The successful candidate will act as an operational link between sales leadership, regional sales teams, Inside Sales, and supporting departments.
The position works closely with Regional Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Product Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Quectel Academy, Field Application Engineering, and other regional and global support functions.

The position may evolve into various career paths based on organizational needs and the employee’s capabilities, including Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Operations Analyst, Executive Business Partner, or Sales Operations and Enablement Manager. Over time, the role may assume greater ownership of sales enablement programs, CRM governance, business reporting, process improvement, and regional sales operations, while continuing to provide strategic and operational support to Americas sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support - 20%
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the VP of Sales Americas and Inside Sales Manager.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and executive communications.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and ensure agendas, materials, and follow-ups are completed.
- Handle confidential business, customer, pricing, and personnel information, quarterly business reviews with discretion.
Sales Operations - 25%
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales leadership meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Prepare agendas, consolidate reports and presentations, document decisions and action items, and track follow-ups.
- Maintain KPI calendars, organizational information, sales-management processes, and pricing-process documentation.
- Coordinate requests and information between regional sales teams and corporate/functional departments.
Sales Enablement - 25%
- Coordinate onboarding programs, training, workshops, and development activities for sales teams.
- Maintain sales playbooks, product materials, competitive resources, templates, and internal knowledge repositories.
- Manage Americas tradeshow, conference, workshop, and customer-event calendars.
- Coordinate customer meetings, event logistics, lead follow-up, and recurring sales-development programs.
Data Analytics & Reporting - 10%
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc sales reports using Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Clean, organize, validate, and consolidate sales data to support leadership reporting.
- Support KPI, pipeline, revenue, account activity, customer coverage, and other sales-performance reporting.
- Identify data inconsistencies and prepare clear summaries for management review.
CRM & Process Administration - 10%
- Support Salesforce data quality, account ownership, opportunity management, and pipeline-hygiene processes.
- Identify missing or outdated information and coordinate corrections with sales teams.
- Maintain sales processes, templates, trackers, documentation, and checklists.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, or automate administrative processes.
Special Projects- 10%
- Support cross-functional projects, market and competitor research, sales intelligence, events, and executive presentations.
- Assist with process-improvement initiatives, new sales tools, reporting methods, and internal systems.
- Prepare management-ready summaries and coordinate time-sensitive projects assigned by sales leadership.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
Professional experience
- Three or more years of experience in sales operations, executive support, business coordination, sales enablement, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience supporting senior executives or regional sales leadership is preferred.
- Experience in a multinational, technology, telecommunications, electronics, semiconductor, IoT, manufacturing, or business-to-business environment is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating teams across multiple countries and time zones is preferred.
Systems and technical capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data organization, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Experience maintaining structured calendars, trackers, and documentation repositories.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, AI reporting tools, or other analytics and automation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly.
