Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Operations Specialist role located in Gurugram. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by managing sales data, preparing reports and dashboards, and monitoring key performance metrics. Responsibilities include coordinating between sales, customer service, and operations teams, maintaining accurate customer and sales records, and assisting with quotations, proposals, and order processing. The role also involves analyzing sales trends, optimizing processes, and helping improve customer responsiveness and overall sales efficiency. The specialist will collaborate closely with management to implement sales strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial equipment, construction, or building maintenance solutions is an advantage.
