- Partner with practice managers and department heads to align financial goals with operational performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer contracts, and accounting standards, including HIPAA and GAAP.
- Drive strategic initiatives such as practice acquisitions, service line expansions, and capital investments.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and legal advisors to safeguard the organization’s financial health.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within healthcare or multi-site operations.
- Proven track record managing complex budgets and revenue streams in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare finance, including payer reimbursement models, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Why You'll Love It Here
- The opportunity to shape the financial future of a respected, growing healthcare network.
- Competitive executive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
- A mission-driven culture where your work directly supports better patient outcomes.
