1 year fixed term contract, the role embeds you directly within a client engagement in the Cloud Marketing space, where you will operate with the independence, executive presence, and structured thinking of a seasoned consultant.
You will drive operational excellence, financial governance, and strategic planning across large scale, high impact programs. You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to oversee operational delivery, optimize spend management, support annual planning cycles, and enable artificial intelligence driven process innovation. This role is best suited for someone who designs scalable operating models, improves organizational efficiency, and delivers measurable business outcomes with minimal direction.
Please Note: This position is expected to operate primarily within Pacific Standard
Time (PST) working hours.
What will your typical day look like?
- Lead operational initiatives supporting business performance, resource planning, and spend optimization.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting activities.
- Support strategic planning, business priorities, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop governance processes, reporting frameworks, and operating rhythms.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Support business cases, investment recommendations, and operational planning.
- Monitor performance metrics, risks, and dependencies, providing actionable insights.
- Create executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Research emerging technologies and best practices to identify innovation opportunities.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, or related fields, including at least 1 year in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business outcomes.
- Experience developing governance processes, operating models, executive reporting, and performance management frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead operational improvements, transformation initiatives, and process optimization efforts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, business planning, and organizational priorities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, digital transformation technologies, and related business applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting marketing, operations, sales, or go-to-market organizations.
- Experience managing large budgets, resource planning, and financial optimization initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, or digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or business modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, resource management, and strategic planning practices.
- Experience developing business cases, investment recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or related project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management, Agile, Business Analysis, or Change Management.
- MBA or other advanced degree considered an asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
