About Rowe
Rowe builds AI agents for customer operations in the physical economy.
We help companies that make, move, and service the world handle complex customer requests across fragmented operational systems. Our agents find answers, investigate exceptions, coordinate next steps, and keep customers updated.
The Role
We’re looking for a **Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations** to help build the commercial model behind how Rowe sells and scales.
You’ll work closely with the founders and GTM team to define how we price AI agents, structure customer contracts, manage unit economics and margin as usage grows, and evolve our commercial model based on what customers value.
You’ll also build the core revenue operations needed to support predictable growth, including forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and GTM processes.
This is a full-time role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work and regular in-person collaboration.
What You’ll Own
* Develop and evolve pricing and packaging across customers and use cases.
* Model revenue, agent usage, cost-to-serve, and gross margin.
* Help structure and negotiate customer contracts, including minimum commitments, volume pricing, usage tiers, and outcome-based models.
* Identify and manage margin risk as customer deployments scale.
* Own forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and revenue reporting.
* Turn customer feedback and commercial learnings into better pricing and GTM strategy.
* Work across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to build scalable commercial processes.
What We’re Looking For
You may come from Revenue Operations, Pricing, Monetization, Strategic Finance, Sales Strategy, or Business Operations.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in B2B technology, ideally AI, infrastructure, APIs, developer tools, or another usage-based business.
* Strong understanding of SaaS, consumption-based, usage-based, or outcome-based pricing.
* Experience with unit economics, gross margin, customer profitability, or cost-to-serve.
* Experience supporting or structuring complex enterprise customer contracts.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
* Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
* Ability to work directly with founders, customers, product teams, engineers, and GTM teams.
* Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with incomplete information.
Compensation
**$150,000 base salary + stock options**
Compensation is flexible depending on experience and fit.
