The company serves a diversified B2B customer base and is currently in a scale-up phase, with an ambitious growth plan over the next two years.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with prior experience in IT Lifecycle Management, IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), IT Hardware, System Integration, IT Services, Technology Solutions, or related B2B technology businesses will be strongly preferred.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CFO to lead the finance function and support the company through its next phase of growth. The role will involve driving financial strategy, strengthening financial infrastructure, managing cash flows and working capital, supporting fundraising, and partnering closely with the CEO / Founder on key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Lead cash flow management, working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Build robust MIS, financial reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
- Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and transaction-related activities.
- Manage financial due diligence and coordinate with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making.
- Build and scale the finance function, processes, systems, and team in line with business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 8–10 years of overall finance experience, including significant experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading the finance function in a growth-oriented business.
- Prior exposure to fundraising, investor management, and financial due diligence.
- Strong commercial orientation with hands-on experience in cash flow, working capital, and business performance management.
- Experience operating in a founder-led or entrepreneurial environment with significant stakeholder interaction.
- Strong expertise across FP&A, treasury, taxation, compliance, financial controls, and corporate governance.
