Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial management, and compliance, with the ability to work under pressure and manage critical financial operations efficiently. Candidates with CA/MBA – Finance background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall financial operations of the company including accounting, taxation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow, and profitability reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, audits, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle financial planning, forecasting, and fund management activities.
- Monitor daily financial transactions and maintain strong internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors & banks.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making and business growth planning.
- Manage pressure situations effectively and ensure timely completion of financial tasks and deadlines.
- Supervise finance and accounts teams and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle financial risk management & analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- CA/MBA Finance preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in finance, accounts, or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, audits, and financial compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP software, and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in NBFC, finance company, or lending business will be an added advantage.
