Dizario Search search is engaged in a retained search for a Chief Financial Officer with a well-established, privately-owned organization in the Compliance & Service industries supporting manufacturing.
This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity for a finance leader who can operate strategically while driving financial discipline, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth across a complex, multi-business international organization.
What You’ll Lead:
• Enterprise-wide financial strategy, reporting, forecasting & analysis
• Financial performance, profitability & productivity initiatives
• M&A activity and integration
• Treasury, cash & debt management
• Financial shared services and process optimization
• Partnership with business leaders across multiple operating companies
• Development of metrics, dashboards and financial best practices
• International financial operations and stakeholder engagement
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• Strong experience with M&A and financial transformation
• Experience within a global, multi-site or multi-business environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence operational decision-making
• Executive-level communication, presentation and leadership skills
• CPA or other professional certification is a plus
