We're hiring a Founding Product & GTM Lead at in San Francisco.
This stealth company is building foundation models for spatial intelligence, enabling AI to understand, reason about, and ultimately design physical systems.
After attracting 100,000+ users with SGS-1, the team is preparing its next model release and entering a major commercialization phase. They're looking for a senior product/GTM leader to help build that motion from the ground up.
This is a foundational role reporting directly to the co-founders. You'll define the ICP and GTM strategy, build the initial customer pipeline, close early commercial and data licensing deals, and work closely with engineering and research to shape the product around real customer needs.
We're especially interested in people with experience across manufacturing, industrial software, CAD/CAE/PLM, aerospace, defense, or adjacent technical markets who have helped build or scale a GTM motion.

Responsibilities
- Build and own the companyβs go-to-market strategy from the ground up
- Define ICPs, positioning, customer segments, and commercialization strategy
- Build the initial customer pipeline and close early commercial and data licensing deals
- Lead customer conversations with manufacturing, engineering, and industrial buyers
- Partner closely with engineering and research to translate customer needs into product priorities
- Develop compelling product demos, use cases, and customer-specific solutions
- Establish a repeatable GTM playbook as the company scales
Qualifications
- 6β10 years of product, product strategy, or GTM experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, CAD/CAE/PLM, aerospace, defense, or a related technical industry
- Proven experience building or scaling GTM, including defining ICPs and winning early customers
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to close complex commercial deals
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, Onshape, or Fusion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- High-growth startup experience strongly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days/week
