We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team and to drive forward our global sales processes. In the role, you are responsible for sales productivity by providing global sales teams with the resources they need to proactively sell Virta services and solutions. You will accomplish this by developing and maintaining existing sales tools and participating in the development and rollout of new processes and technology. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product and finance to ensure strategic alignment across different functions.

What you’ll do
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the sales process and CRM based on data-driven insights
- Streamline and continuously improve the usability of Virta’s CRM tool (HubSpot and it’s integrated add-ons.
- Be involved in configuration, pricing and quoting tool (CPQ) operative management & development
- Develop and maintain sales presentations, documentation, contracts, and paperwork
- Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Implement and optimize sales processes and systems
- Provide the necessary support to sales teams throughout the sales process
- Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is available for the sales organization. Develop new reporting tools as needed
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Sales Operations or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid project management skills
- Relevant experience in delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving sales force performance)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and drive initiatives forward.
- Fluency in English and German
- Residency in EU (no relocation offered for this role)
We consider it a plus if you have:
- Experience in selling B2B solutions in a SaaS environment
- Experience from the EV Driving industry
- Experience of NetSuite and/or any type of data integrations
- Professional level language skills in French, Finnish or Swedish
