- About Inzo Technologies
- Inzo Technologies is a managed technology services provider headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, serving small and mid-market businesses across three core solution lines: Cybersecurity & Managed IT (Cyber MSP), Nurse Call Systems (West-Com reseller across a protected five-state territory), and Total Voice (managed communications platform). The company is in a period of strategic transformation — investing in go-to-market infrastructure, sales leadership, and revenue operations to drive its next phase of growth.
About the Role
This is a foundational hire. Inzo Technologies has never had a dedicated Revenue Operations function, and the business is building its commercial infrastructure largely from scratch. The Revenue Operations Manager will be the person who builds and owns the operating system behind revenue — the CRM, the data architecture, the reporting layer, the integrations, and increasingly, the automation and AI capabilities that make the entire revenue team more effective.
What You Will Build
Your primary mandate in the first 6–12 months:
CRM System of Record: Build and configure HubSpot as the single source of truth for all sales activity across three distinct pipelines (Cyber MSP, Nurse Call, Total Voice), with defined stage exit criteria, required deal properties, and pipeline-specific reporting.
PSA Integration: Design and implement the integration between HubSpot CRM and Halo and/or ConnectWise PSA so that quoting, customer data, and service history connect to the sales pipeline — eliminating the current disconAutomation & AI: Identify and implement automation opportunities across the revenue workflow — lead routing, deal stage progression, task creation, notification triggers, and AI-assisted market signals and insights — to eliminate manual work and accelerate the sales cycle.
Account Scoring & Segmentation: Build a tiered account scoring model to help the sales team prioritize where to spend time based on fit, propensity, and revenue potential across each product line.
Operating Cadence Infrastructure: Create the templates, dashboards, and reporting structures that support weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, Friday leadership snapshots, and Board-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities (Ongoing)Requirements
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a B2B technology or managed services environment
Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM — pipeline configuration, custom properties, workflows, automation, and reporting (HubSpot certifications strongly preferred)
Experience building CRM environments from scratch or leading a significant CRM migration/rebuild
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and sales metrics (Sales Velocity, win rates, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, Churn, GRR, NRR)
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for executive and Board-level audiencesWho You Are
A builder, not a maintainer — you thrive in environments where you are creating infrastructure rather than inheriting a finished system
Equally comfortable in the data and in the conversation — you can build a dashboard and then explain to a sales rep why it matters
Low ego, high ownership — you treat the revenue team's success as your success
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with imperfect information — you make progress without waiting for perfect conditions
Genuinely curious about how AI and automation can improve revenue operations, not just familiar with the buzzwords
Why This Role Matters
Inzo Technologies is at an inflection point. The business has strong product lines, a loyal customer base, and real growth potential. What it has never had is the operational infrastructure to make that growth predictable, measurable, and sustainable. This role builds that infrastructure. You will have meaningful impact on how the company makes decisions, manages its revenue, and scales.
You will not be buried in a large organization. You will be the person who builds the system — and you will see the impact of your work directly in the business results.
How to Apply
Submit your resume and a brief note describing your relevant experience — specifically your hands-on CRM build experience and any work with PSA integrations or managed services companies. We value directness and substance over polish.

Strongly Preferred

Reporting & Dashboards: Build the reporting layer that gives sales leadership, the CEO, and the Board real visibility into pipeline health, Sales Velocity metrics (opportunities, win rate, deal size, cycle time), Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, CAC, Churn, and lead source attribution — by product line and by revenue motion (new logo, expansion, retention).
Data Architecture & Hygiene: Establish and enforce data standards, naming conventions, required fields, and input discipline across the revenue team. Clean, consistent data is the foundation for everything else.
Sales Velocity Instrumentation: Instrument the four Sales Velocity inputs and associated KPIs so leadership can identify the primary constraint to revenue growth and make resource decisions based on data, not instinct.
This role reports to the Fractional CRO (and subsequently to a permanent VP of Sales once hired) and works closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, sales team, and marketing. The right person for this role is both technically strong and operationally minded — someone who can configure a HubSpot CRM and build dashboards, but who also understands why the data matters and how it drives decisions.
This is not a back-office support role. It is a strategic function that directly impacts revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and leadership decision-making.
