Job Duties:

Direct and develop sales data analysis and provide reporting to sales and executive teams to assist with planning and forecasting
Oversight of continuous improvement in sales operations
Play a key role in companies long-term planning
Utilize NetSuite, Excel, and other tools to monitor and track performance
Work closely with VP of Sales and assist in market research
Build and develop budgets
Educates direct report teams to implement procedures
Perform annual review of direct report

Background Requirements

5+ years of successful managerial experience in an operational sales support environment
Critical analysis & problem solving skills
Excellent MS Office - Advanced Excel - and computer skills
NetSuite experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
