Axiaor is currently building its founding leadership team as we prepare for our next stage of growth and fundraising.
The Role
We are looking for a Founding CFO – Strategic Finance & Capital Markets.
This is not a traditional accounting role.
We need a strategic finance leader who can help Axiaor prepare for major fundraising, build strong financial plans, work with investors, and help guide the company's growth.
You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team.
What You Will DoFundraising & Capital
- Help prepare Axiaor for Seed and future fundraising
- Build financial models for investors
- Support investor meetings and due diligence
- Help develop the company's fundraising strategy
- Build relationships with investors and financial partners
Financial Strategy
- Build revenue and growth forecasts
- Manage budgets and cash planning
- Develop pricing and business models
- Track key business and financial performance
- Help leadership make smart capital allocation decisions
Investor & Board Reporting
- Prepare financial reports for investors and the Board
- Build clear financial dashboards
- Monitor cash runway and growth targets
- Establish strong financial discipline as the company scales
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
- Venture-backed technology companies
- SaaS or AI companies
- Investment banking
- Venture capital or private equity
- Corporate finance
- High-growth startups
Ideally, you have experience with:
- Raising capital
- Working with investors
- Financial modeling
- Company valuation
- Seed or Series A fundraising
- Strategic finance
The Ideal Person
You are:
- Strategic and commercially minded
- Comfortable working in an early-stage company
- Experienced with investors and fundraising
- Able to build financial systems from the ground up
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on
- Comfortable working closely with founders and senior leaders
