We are growing fast and looking for a Fraction Chief Financial Officer to partner with our leadership team. You will help us optimize our financial strategy and prepare for our next stage of growth.
The Role
As our Fractional CFO, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing executive-level financial leadership without the full-time overhead. You will oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial risk management while ensuring our underlying accounting processes are sound.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead long-term financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario planning aligned with company growth goals.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Assist with pitch deck financials, cap table management, investor reporting, and due diligence for debt or equity financing.
- Executive Advisory: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, pricing models, product margins, and ROI on major investments.
- Governance & Compliance: Oversee internal controls, audit preparation, tax strategy, and management of external bookkeeping/accounting teams.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven success working in a fractional, advisory, or multi-client capacity with mid-market companies or high-growth startups.
- Hands-on experience with venture capital.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business strategies for non-financial leadership team.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or CPA preferred.
Pay: $200.00 - $275.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
