Co-Source Solutions is seeking a CFO with Publicly Traded Company experience to help guide their client through a period of growth and acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships across multiple internal operating entities. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations, including potential acquisitions and new business ventures. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Monitor and audit the filings of the 10Q and 10-K
- Guide purchase price allocations, valuations, and divestitures
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Implement controls, processes, and systems and build out infrastructure relating to Internal Audits and Internal Controls.
- Manage relationships with banks
- Streamline internal processes and build an internal team to eliminate excess outsourcing
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills and superior communication skills
- Public Company experience
- Technical Accounting and SOX experience
- 10+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Demonstrated experience building and guiding Finance Teams
- CPA or MBA
