Business Systems Manager
Location: Melville, NY or Topsfield, MA - Hybrid
Salary: $130,000–$170,000 DOE
We’re seeking a Business Systems Manager to own and improve the business systems supporting a complex manufacturing organization. This role will lead Deltek Costpoint ERP architecture, system integrations, workflow automation, and process improvements across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and other business functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, data flow, administration, and upgrades of Deltek Costpoint ERP.
- Lead integrations between ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and visibility.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual processes.
- Partner with business users, IT, consultants, and software vendors to translate needs into system solutions.
- Manage business systems projects, including implementation, UAT, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Manage SharePoint sites and document libraries.
- Create user training, SOPs, and system documentation.
- Partner with IT to ensure solutions meet security and technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years.
- Strong ERP administration and systems integration experience.
- Deltek Costpoint experience required.
- SharePoint experience required.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience.
- Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 standards.
- Experience with manufacturing or aerospace environments.
