Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors
- Optimize financial operations and controls to enhance efficiency

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
Qualification Criteria:
- 15 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the animal healthcare sector
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and execution
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the animal healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance or business administration
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is highly desirable
