Churnora sells to people who are measured on net revenue retention: customer-success leads and subscription operators. They have been pitched dashboards before. What lands is the Monday morning experience: import the book, see the ranked list, read a factor, send a play. Your job is to get that experience in front of the right hundred teams and turn what they say into the roadmap.
You would work directly with the founders, and you would be the voice of the customer in every pricing, packaging and product debate.
What you would own
- Build and run the early pipeline, from first touch to paid, without a playbook to lean on.
- Onboard every early team yourself, and turn what you see into product feedback the engineers can act on.
- Own pricing and packaging experiments across Free, Growth and Scale.
- Write the honest collateral: what the model does, what it does not, and why that is the point.
What we are looking for
- You have sold or onboarded a B2B SaaS product in the first-hundred-customers stage.
- You can read a churn model's factor list and explain it to a VP of customer success without overclaiming.
- You write clearly and fast, and you would rather show the product than a deck.
- You are comfortable being the entire go-to-market team for a while.
How hiring runs
A thirty-minute call with a founder, then a paid work session on a real problem from our backlog, three to four hours, then conversations with two people you would work alongside. Four steps, usually inside two weeks, and we tell you where you stand at every one.
