Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer
Location: Pleasanton, CA.
The Salesforce CPQ Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support pricing, quoting, and product configuration processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and customizing Salesforce components, integrating CPQ with other Salesforce modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The developer will troubleshoot and optimize existing configurations, ensure data integrity, and follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability. The role also involves working closely with administrators, analysts, and other developers to support continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex, SOQL, and configuration on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building user interfaces and custom functionality.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including user management, security, workflows, and declarative automation.
- Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation, configuration, pricing rules, product bundling, and quote generation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware, and familiarity with version control and deployment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and follow structured development and testing practices.
