A growing fitness and wellness organization is seeking a highly adaptable Business Operations Manager to play a key role in supporting the next stage of its growth. This is an opportunity to step into a newly created position with broad visibility across a multi-location business and help build the systems, structure, and operational discipline needed to scale successfully. Working closely with senior leadership and gym operations teams, you will become a central resource across the organization, helping connect people, systems, reporting, administration, and day-to-day execution.
The role is intentionally broad. You may be reviewing KPIs and identifying operational gaps one day, supporting payroll or systems administration the next, then helping prepare a new location for opening. The common thread is ownership. You will be trusted to understand how the business works, identify what needs attention, and help create practical solutions that make the organization stronger and more efficient. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and sees opportunity in building better ways of working. As the organization continues to expand, you will have the chance to shape the role, influence how the business operates, and become an important part of the infrastructure supporting its future growth.
