As PMWEB continues to expand its enterprise software business, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help build efficient, data-driven processes across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
The Revenue Operations Specialist will help PMWEB improve the systems, processes, data, and reporting that support revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, technology-oriented, and enjoys turning data and processes into practical improvements. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to maintain accurate CRM data, improve sales processes, monitor performance, and provide insights that help the organization make better decisions.
- Manage and maintain revenue and sales operations processes across the organization.

Administer and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity data.

Monitor CRM data quality, identify inconsistencies, and implement improvements.

Build and maintain sales and revenue reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.

Support pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, and sales reporting.

Track key revenue metrics including pipeline creation, conversion rates, sales activity, win rates, and revenue performance.

Support the Business Development and Account Executive teams with lead routing, account assignments, prospect data, and sales processes.

Manage and improve lead lifecycle and lead qualification processes.

Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline reviews.

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or workflow improvements.

Support sales compensation and commission reporting as needed.

Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation, campaign tracking, attribution, and lead handoffs.

Help establish standardized processes and documentation for the Revenue organization.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues within the sales pipeline.

Support CRM integrations, sales tools, and other revenue technology platforms.

Prepare recurring reports and presentations for sales leadership and management.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership on revenue-related projects.

Assist with the implementation of new tools, workflows, and operational initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with CRM systems and sales data.

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.

Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.

Experience with BI/reporting tools.

Experience in construction technology, project management software, real estate technology, or another B2B technology environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
