About The Role
The role sits at the center of revenue operations: owning the systems, data pipelines, and analytics that connect CRM, billing, and marketing automation into a single source of truth for the go-to-market organization.
You will build dashboards and automated workflows that leadership actually uses, troubleshoot broken processes across Salesforce and adjacent tools, and translate business questions into data models and measurable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer Salesforce objects, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder) as the system of record for the sales organization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce reports covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity
- Design and monitor data pipelines between Salesforce, billing systems, and the data warehouse (SQL required; dbt or Snowflake a plus)
- Partner with sales leadership on territory design, quota setting, and commission calculations; audit results each quarter
- Document and improve core RevOps processes: lead routing, opportunity hygiene, deal desk, and handoffs between marketing, sales, and CS
- Evaluate and roll out GTM tooling (enrichment, sequencing, CPQ) and manage admin/vendor relationships
- Investigate data discrepancies and root-cause issues across systems before leadership asks
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Deep hands-on Salesforce experience: objects, reports, dashboards, and basic automation; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Strong SQL skills and comfort building analysis in spreadsheets or a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with at least one adjacent GTM tool: HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clari, or CPQ solutions
- Clear written communication — able to document processes and explain trade-offs to both technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Python for analysis or automation, dbt/Snowflake experience, revenue recognition or commissions administration experience, and experience supporting a company through rapid scaling or a CRM migration
