About the Role
NPHub is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to help build the infrastructure, systems, data, and processes that enable our revenue teams to grow efficiently and predictably.
This role will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations and will be responsible for ensuring our commercial teams have the data, tools, processes, and insights they need to spend more time selling and less time on administrative work.
This is not a role focused solely on reporting or Salesforce administration. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities to improve the revenue engine and then roll up their sleeves to implement the solution.
A major near-term responsibility will be improving our outbound prospecting infrastructure, including identifying target accounts, building and enriching prospect lists, maintaining clean CRM data, and ensuring sales teams consistently have high-quality prospects to pursue.
What You'll Own
Prospecting & Outbound Infrastructure
- Build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists for outbound sales teams based on defined ideal customer profiles.
- Research, identify, segment, and prioritize target accounts across multiple customer segments and markets.
- Enrich account and contact data using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Ensure sales teams have a consistent pipeline of accurate, properly segmented and prioritized prospects.
- Develop scalable processes for list generation, contact enrichment, deduplication, assignment, and CRM ingestion.
- Partner with sales leadership to evaluate prospect quality and continuously refine targeting based on conversion data and rep feedback.
CRM & Revenue Systems
- Own the day-to-day effectiveness and data integrity of Salesforce as the primary commercial system of record.
- Improve lead and account routing, pipeline stages, required fields, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Maintain clean, reliable CRM data and establish processes to prevent duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
- Evaluate and manage the tools supporting prospecting, sales execution, reporting, and revenue operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative work across the revenue organization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into the full revenue funnel, including leads, outbound activity, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, sales cycles, and revenue.
- Develop reporting that allows leadership to quickly identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and areas requiring attention.
- Establish clear definitions and consistent measurement of key revenue metrics.
- Analyze funnel performance by channel, segment, salesperson, market, and customer type.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for Sales and executive leadership.
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to improve pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
- Establish and enforce consistent opportunity and pipeline management practices.
- Monitor pipeline coverage, velocity, conversion rates, aging, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify gaps between revenue targets and existing pipeline early enough for teams to take corrective action.
- Support annual planning, quota setting, territory/account allocation, and revenue goal development.
Sales Process & Productivity
- Identify areas where salespeople are spending time on activities that could be automated, centralized, or eliminated.
- Develop scalable processes that allow salespeople to spend more time talking to customers and prospects.
- Document and improve revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Partner with revenue leaders to improve sales workflows, lead follow-up, outbound cadence, pipeline management, and handoffs.
- Evaluate sales productivity and recommend changes based on measurable performance data.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience working directly in Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, data management, workflows, and pipeline management.
- Experience building and managing B2B prospecting lists and outbound sales infrastructure.
- Familiarity with prospecting and enrichment platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or comparable tools.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical ability with the ability to move from data to actionable business recommendations.
- Experience developing sales funnel, pipeline, conversion, and forecasting reporting.
- Ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations without relying on organizational silos.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where processes are still being developed.
- Willingness to personally execute the work rather than simply recommend what others should do.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a high-growth, private-equity-backed, venture-backed, marketplace, healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or SaaS business.
- Experience supporting multiple revenue motions or customer segments simultaneously.
- Experience implementing or optimizing sales automation and AI-enabled workflows.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or financial systems that integrate with Salesforce.
- Experience with BI or data visualization platforms.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, the Revenue Operations Manager should:
- Establish reliable and repeatable prospecting and list-generation processes for each outbound sales motion.
- Ensure sales teams consistently have sufficient high-quality prospects to work.
- Improve Salesforce data quality, pipeline visibility, and reporting reliability.
- Create clear funnel reporting from prospect through closed revenue.
- Improve leadership's ability to forecast revenue and identify pipeline risk.
- Reduce the amount of time salespeople spend researching accounts, cleaning data, building lists, and performing administrative work.
- Establish measurable feedback loops between prospect targeting, sales activity, conversion, and revenue.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that increase revenue-team productivity.
