The Sales Operations Executive is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey join the US team in our New York City office.
Reporting to the US Senior Sales and Operations Manage you will support the team by ensuring the smooth running of sales operations across the US market, managing customer onboarding, order fulfilment and sales processes, whilst providing insights and support to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the US sales strategy by providing operational and administrative support to key retail accounts.
- Analyse sales, stock and operational data to identify trends, improve performance and support business growth.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
- Coordinate the end-to-end order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered in line with customer expectations.
- Continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, supply chain, logistics or a similar commercial support role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into actions.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A confident communicator who can build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
