The Role
The CFO role of KCPS will oversee the operating and shared services platform supporting a growing portfolio of premium consumer and retail businesses across Australia and New Zealand, including House of Kennedy and LEGO®Certified Stores.

Our approach combines disciplined capital allocation, operational excellence, technology enablement and active ownership. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and help shape the next phase of growth.
We are looking for a commercially-minded executive who can lead finance, technology, data, treasury, governance and investment activities while acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and broader leadership team. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable discussing acquisition opportunities, funding structures, ERP architecture, board reporting, business performance and long-term value creation.

About You
We are interested in individuals who combine strong technical capability with commercial instinct and entrepreneurial thinking.
You will likely bring:
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant CFO, Finance Director or senior executive finance experience.
- Experience leading complex, multi-entity organisations.
- Strong treasury, banking and capital management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, investments or corporate transactions.
- Experience leading technology, ERP or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
- Ability to influence at board and executive level.
- Experience operating across Australia and New Zealand is highly regarded.
- Experience in retail, consumer, investment, family office, private equity-backed or multi-site businesses will be viewed favourably.
