I’m recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL.
This is a significant CFO opportunity overseeing the financial operations and strategy of a 489-bed acute care hospital, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The CFO will provide executive leadership across financial planning and strategy, budgeting and forecasting, revenue cycle and reimbursement, cash management, capital finance, financial reporting, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 5–7+ years of hospital accounting/finance experience
• Progressive leadership experience within healthcare finance
• Strong understanding of hospital budgeting, cash management, capital finance, reimbursement, and financial performance
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance, reimbursement, and information systems
• CPA preferred
• ACHE or other relevant professional organization participation preferred
