You will own net new revenue for one of the fastest-growing RCM companies in the country.
Plutus Health has processed more than $1.2 billion in collections for behavioral health, ABA, SUD, ASC, and freestanding ER clients. The product works: end-to-end revenue cycle, fees on collections, an AI platform with 100+ agents, and a client base that renews. What we need now is a sales leader who turns a specialty-focused, outcome-driven offering into a repeatable, forecastable new-logo engine.
You will lead a team of senior sales executives and business development representatives, own the pipeline number leadership reviews every Monday, and be the executive across the table from Eneterprise size Healthcare Provider CFOs, and private-equity operating partners deciding who runs their revenue cycle.
This is a builder's seat. The sales process, ICP, pricing standards, and pipeline definitions are documented. Your job is to enforce them, improve them, and hire the people who hit the number with them.
Why Now
• Three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies.
• More than $1.2 billion in client collections processed; fees tied to what we collect.
• Olympus AI: 100+ agents running AR follow-up, payer intelligence, automation, and patient payments. A differentiated story in a commoditized market.
• Six defined target segments (ABA, outpatient psychiatry, SUD, ASC, freestanding ER and micro-hospital, surgical hospital), a documented ten-stage sales process, and a single call to action: the free RCM assessment.
• HubSpot, intent data, and marketing air cover across the full funnel already in place.
What You Will Own. The Number
• Net new annual recurring revenue and total contract value for Plutus Health, delivered every quarter.
• Weekly pipeline forecast by stage with verified buyer signals; quarterly commit vs. upside with the math shown.
• Deal economics: pricing within approved standards, contract terms within playbook, walk-aways honored.
The Team
• Lead, hire, and hold accountable a team of senior sales executives and business development representatives across 3 Healthcare speciality specialty segments to Enterprise size healthcare organizations. Focus sales on Behavioral Health ( ABA, SUD & Outpatient Psch), Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) & FSERs, Micro Hospitals & Surgical Hospitals.
• Set territories, quotas, and activity standards; run the weekly cadence (Monday pipeline reports, deal reviews, pipeline hygiene).
• Coach reps on discovery, consultative results calls, ROI modeling, SOW scoping, and pricing negotiation.
• Replace underperformance decisively; build a bench.
The Sales System
• Own and enforce the ten-stage sales process: ICP qualification, account-based marketing, mindshare, outreach, RCM assessment, results call, ROI model, SOW scoping, pricing, as-is/to-be solution.
• Own pipeline stage definitions, buying-signal tests, and movement rules; no deal advances on a feeling.
• Own CRM discipline in HubSpot: every lead touched, every deal valued, every stage dated.
• Partner with Marketing on intent data, sequencing, trade shows, executive dinners, case studies, and white papers; hold Marketing to lead quality, not lead count.
The Market
• Personally lead pursuit of enterprise and upper-middle-market accounts, including PE-backed platforms and multi-site providers.
• Build relationships with PE operating partners, healthcare investment banks, and specialty associations that generate referral flow.
• Represent Plutus at Becker's, specialty association events, and executive roundtables.
• Bring the voice of the buyer into pricing, product, and delivery.
5. Partner to Leadership
• Report weekly to the leadership on pipeline, forecast, wins, losses, and rep performance in a standard grid.
• Partner with Client Success on signature-to-go-live handoff and on expansion pursuits inside existing accounts.
• Partner with Finance on quota design, commission plans, and deal approval thresholds.
• Contribute to annual planning: segment prioritization, headcount, and coverage model.
