For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Platform GTM Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape and drive platform growth strategy across a portfolio of enterprise technology offerings, with a focus on aligning investment decisions to market opportunity. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and commercial strategy teams to support pricing, packaging, and executive-level planning. The position also oversees a team responsible for GTM strategy and business operations, helping improve decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and operational efficiency.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $228,600 – $348,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the growth framework for the platform portfolio, aligning growth archetypes with investment strategies
- Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth and consumption GTM strategies
- Maintain frameworks and metrics for executive reviews, aligning cross-functional teams on KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and shape investment priorities and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with commercial strategy teams on pricing and packaging for market readiness
- Lead and develop a team focused on GTM strategy and business operations
- Innovate team processes using AI tools for enhanced efficiency and insights
- Coordinate with peer strategy leaders to ensure alignment in frameworks and executive communications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product operations, management consulting, or finance with proven growth in responsibility
- Experience building frameworks and teams from the ground up
- Exceptional executive communication skills for advising C-suite and board stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills including market sizing and financial modeling
- 5+ years of leadership experience, focusing on managing and promoting talent across levels
- Experience in a matrixed organization involving multiple stakeholders like Product, Sales, and Engineering
- Background in SaaS or high-tech industry is necessary
- Undergraduate degree is required
