About the Role
This is a hands-on GTM role responsible for turning Qoruz’s product priorities and market problems into campaigns that create enterprise demand.
When we identify an opportunity, launching a new product, building leadership around a category, responding to competition, or changing how the market perceives Qoruz: you will own how we take on that problem in the market.
You will design and run these programs end-to-end across narrative, content, video, web, PR, distribution, sales enablement, ABM, and other relevant touchpoints.
You will be measured on whether these programs create qualified enterprise attention, interest and influence over the pipeline, not based on the number of activities executed.
What You’ll Own
- Turn a clear business goal or product priority into a campaign plan and take it live
- Own major product and category campaigns end-to-end, from the initial idea and messaging to launch, distribution, and results
- Decide what each campaign needs across medium - website, content, videos, reports, customer stories, PR, email, sales material, and other formats, and drive them to completion
- Work with PR, SEO, and design teams, to make sure every part of the campaign works together
- Equip ABM and Sales with the narratives, assets, proof, and campaign hooks required to create and progress enterprise opportunities
- Track whether campaigns are creating qualified interest, sales opportunities, and pipeline, and improve them based on what works
Right fit
- 5–7 years of experience across B2B SaaS product marketing, GTM, demand generation, integrated marketing, or enterprise marketing
- Has independently taken campaigns or product launches from a broad business brief to a complete market-facing program
- Strong at turning a business problem into a campaign idea, narrative, content plan, distribution strategy, and execution roadmap
- Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and specialists while remaining personally accountable for the final outcome
- Commercially minded and comfortable being measured on qualified demand, opportunities, and pipeline contribution
- Can think strategically about where Qoruz should show up while still being hands-on with execution
Not a Right fit
- Needs a detailed campaign brief before being able to start execution
- Experience is primarily in managing individual channels only (social, emails, content or PR)
- Previous KRAs were largely limited to content creation only. (blogs or sales collateral)
- Has primarily coordinated agencies or specialists without personally owning the campaign
If you think in systems, care about outcomes, and want to build a real revenue engine, we’d love to move this quick.
