Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Location Requirement: Candidate must be willing to work from Nashik
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance and accounting operations of the company.
Ensure timely statutory compliance, taxation and regulatory
requirements.
Manage internal, statutory and financial audits and coordinate with
auditors.
Drive costing, cost control and profitability analysis.
Monitor and manage company expenses and identify cost optimization
opportunities.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Prepare and review MIS, financial reports and management dashboards.
Provide strategic financial insights to the MD/Management for business
decisions.
Strengthen financial controls, processes and risk management.
Manage working capital, cash flow and overall financial discipline.
Candidate Profile
CA with 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food Processing /
Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Compliance, Audits, Costing and
Budgeting.
Excellent analytical, financial planning and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Must be willing to work from Nashik, Maharashtra.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
