Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Translate Sales Operations requirements into scalable technology solutions supporting:
- Territory and account alignment
- Segmentation and targeting
- Quota and incentive planning
- Sales forecasting
- Pipeline and opportunity management
- Account planning and field productivity
- Pricing, quoting, and approvals
- Commercial performance reporting
- Design solutions that can integrate with multiple CRM, CPQ, ERP, data, and analytics platforms.
- Configure or implement solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop reusable integration patterns, APIs, data models, workflows, and accelerators that can be deployed across client environments.
- Identify and implement practical Agentic AI use cases, including:
- Sales planning assistants
- Forecasting and pipeline analysis agents
- Next-best-action recommendations
- Account and territory intelligence
- Automated opportunity and CRM hygiene
- Quoting and approval support
- Sales performance insights
- Define appropriate human-in-the-loop controls, access controls, auditability, evaluation criteria, and escalation paths for AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops, process assessments, design sessions, demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with business stakeholders, commercial leaders, IT teams, data scientists, architects, and implementation teams.
- Establish solution roadmaps, implementation plans, adoption strategies, and measurable value cases.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, solution demonstrations, estimates, and client presentations.
- Ensure solutions reflect life sciences-specific requirements related to HCP/HCO data, field force structures, regulatory expectations, data privacy, and commercial compliance.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM, CPQ, business transformation, or technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations processes and performance drivers.
- Experience implementing or integrating two or more CRM, CPQ, ERP, data, or analytics platforms.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, data integration, workflow automation, and enterprise solution architecture.
- Practical knowledge of Agentic AI, generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, or AI orchestration.
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, SAP CPQ, or similar platforms.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare commercial operations.
- Knowledge of HCP/HCO master data, customer consent, field force effectiveness, promotional compliance, and commercial data governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data warehouses, business intelligence tools, and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, prompt engineering, agent monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Consulting, systems integration, product management, or enterprise architecture experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent from accredited university
