About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst connects sales, marketing, finance, and customer success through reliable data, scalable systems, and well-defined processes. The role owns reporting and operational analysis across the revenue funnel, from lead routing and pipeline management through forecasting, renewals, and expansion.
You will turn business questions into dashboards, workflows, and process improvements that help revenue teams make faster decisions. The role is hands-on with CRM administration, data quality, systems integrations, and KPI definition in a hybrid New York environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain revenue reporting in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Analyze funnel performance, pipeline movement, forecast accuracy, win rates, retention, and expansion trends; surface actionable insights to leadership
- Administer and improve CRM workflows, lead and account routing, opportunity stages, validation rules, and automation
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to define KPI logic, resolve data discrepancies, and standardize operating processes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for systems changes, integrations, dashboards, and recurring reporting
- Audit revenue data across CRM, marketing automation, billing, and product systems; establish quality checks and documentation
- Lead process-improvement projects, measuring impact through improved conversion, reporting accuracy, cycle time, or team productivity
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related role in a technology company
- Advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills, including data validation, complex formulas, pivot tables, and structured analysis
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, plus familiarity with marketing automation, billing, and customer success systems
- Experience building dashboards and recurring reports in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI platform
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue processes, including lead management, pipeline stages, forecasting, attribution, and renewals
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to explain data, requirements, and tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, data analytics, or a related field; Bonus: experience with dbt, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, Clari, Salesforce Flow, or API-based systems integrations
