An established and rapidly growing Defense Technology organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.
The organization operates within the rapidly evolving UAS, C-UAS, autonomous systems and advanced defense technology market, supporting the development and delivery of next-generation solutions for U.S. defense and government customers.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The CFO will play a critical role in supporting the company's continued growth, financial strategy and operational expansion.
Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will have responsibility for financial strategy, planning, reporting, capital allocation and supporting the organization's long-term growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead overall financial strategy and corporate financial planning
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls
• Develop and manage financial models supporting business growth
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions
• Support government / defense contracting financial requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital and capital allocation
• Lead financial due diligence, M&A and/or investment activities where required
• Develop scalable finance processes and infrastructure
• Provide financial insight into programs, contracts and operational performance
• Lead and develop the finance organization
• Support long-term corporate growth and expansion strategy

• Strong understanding of U.S. government contracting
• Experience managing complex financial operations
• Strategic planning and corporate development experience
• Strong executive-level communication and leadership skills
