Silentium Defence is an award-winning Australian Defence technology company delivering world-leading passive radar and sensing solutions across Defence, space, critical national infrastructure and security markets.
As part of our expansion into the United Kingdom and Europe, we are seeking a Senior Business Operations Officer to help establish and scale our regional operations. Working directly with the CEO UK & Europe, this role will become the operational backbone of the business, ensuring that our key business frameworks are set up for success and support rapid growth.

Your impact:
- Leading day-to-day business operations and administration
- Establishing and maintaining business management systems
- Supporting quality, compliance and certification activities
- Managing security administration and IT
- Supporting HR, finance and procurement activities
- Coordinating bids, tenders and corporate submissions
- Supporting UK and European business growth initiatives
- Working closely with teams across the UK, Europe and Australia
About you:
You are excited by the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Defence technology business, working directly with senior leadership to build new systems and processes from the ground up. You have an interest in cutting-edge Defence and space technology, and a proactive, positive approach.
You are an experienced business operations manager, with strong organisational and administrative skills. You place a high value on quality and continuous improvement, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ideally, you have experience in the Defence, technology or Government industries.
