Who we are looking for:
The Analyst II, Sales Operation is responsible for supporting and developing process improvements for the assigned sales enablement function with measurable impact. This role should have a keen analytical mindset, understand business priorities, and ability to leverage data to create insights. In addition to the assigned sales enablement function, the Analyst II, Sales Operations is expected to support other opportunities and influence sales LT to prioritize by providing measurable evidence, and drive solutions to close so quantifiable impact is delivered to sales teams.
What you will do:
- Support the commission calculation and adjustment processes, including investigation of commission errors within tight SLA and prompt communications with the field and Payroll teams and providing recommendations for solution.
- Collect, process, and analyze sales data, including sales metrics, customer data, and market trends, to provide strategic recommendations for sales strategy improvement.
- Leverage data to drive insights and provide strategic recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate strategic sales reports and dashboards, expressing key performance indicators to track progress. Make recommendations for continuous improvement and support changes as appropriate.
- Partner with Sales Ops leadership to support programs from inception to finalization.
- Identify sales tooling and processes for improvement and coordinate with peers to expand capabilities with measurable impact.
- Disseminate best practices across the sales organization and provide feedback from voice of customer programs
- Collect and share best practices, sales success and case studies to provide sales team with expanding toolbox to tailor to customer interaction and proposals.
- Perform additional duties and other ad-hoc special projects assigned by leadership
What you will need:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3+ years’ sales operations experience
- Must have experience delivering projects or programs with quantifiable KPI improvements
- Proven communication, collaboration, and influencing skills tailored to audience
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python (or similar analytical packages) required
