Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to increase the market share of the company across region.
Salary - No bar for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the strategy in the India.
- Prepare business plans, annual plans in consultation with the stakeholders and ensure implementation across the regions/ customer segments to achieve the revenue growth targets.
- Define the processes for creating Target Addressable Market (TAM) by region, segment, channels, etc. in alignment with the Product Strategy and ensure its implementation to increase the TAM continually.
- Define and implement sales plans to achieve sales revenue (acquisition of new logos and expansion of existing accounts) through the Sales, BD and KAM teams.
- Devise systems, processes, playbooks and build/ develop capabilities within the team to rapidly scale up the business in a predictable and repeatable manner.
- Establish periodic feedback mechanisms and interlocks with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to contribute towards the evolution of product development.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the function/ teams and participate in reviews with key stakeholders (Board, CEO, CFO, Leadership team, etc.) to proactively identify issues/ opportunities/ insights and make timely intervention to improve metrics
- Provide guidance and support to the team to enable proactive solutions to the business issues
Educational Qualifications And Experience:
- 15+ years of experience of which at least 5+ years in B2B SaaS Sales leadership roles preferably at multi-region level.
- Experience in scaling up in ISP, Telecommunication, or similar Industries would be a distinct advantage
- Should have previously scaled at least one business
- Exceptional people management skills.
