**Role Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage sales program strategies across the region.
- Communicate sales strategies to District Managers for effective execution with Field Representatives and store teams.
- Achieve Program Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure compliance with staffing requirements for all programs.
- Manage financial metrics, including mileage and overtime.
- Build and maintain relationships with District Managers and retail store leadership.
- Support District Managers with hiring and scheduling Field Representatives.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management for District Managers and Field Representatives.
- Report field findings and offer actionable recommendations.
- Follow company guidelines and policies.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience leading a field management team in a multi-unit retail environment.
- Preferred experience in the consumer electronics or 3PL industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail business execution and products.
- Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships.
- Skilled in teaching, coaching, and motivating others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to travel locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as needed.
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent a car.
- Access to a quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet.
