Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's business
objectives and sustainable growth.
Oversee financial controls, MIS, costing, profitability analysis and performance
monitoring across multiple units.
Manage banking operations, working capital, treasury and investment activities.
Lead capital management, fund raising and financial structuring.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, tax and financial
requirements.
Capital Markets, IPO, Listed company environment, SEBI regulations. Investor
relations, Institutional investors and Board Audit Committee reporting
Monitor cash flows, liquidity and working capital requirements across all units.
Provide strategic advice to the Management/Board on investments, expansion,
capital expenditure and business decisions.
Establish strong financial governance, internal controls and risk-management
systems.
Drive cost optimisation and improve overall financial efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants and statutory
authorities.
Manage and mentor the Group Finance & Accounts team.
Candidate Profile:
CA / ICWA (CMA) / M.Com with 15–20 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a CFO / Head of Finance / senior finance
leadership role.
Strong experience in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industry
preferred.
Should have experience in handling multiple manufacturing units / businesses.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, banking, investments, capital management,
budgeting and regulatory compliance.
