Position Summary
Rimini Street is a fast-growing, high-tech company seeking aggressive, smart candidate for our Business Partner Revenue Operations role within our Revenue Operations department. This role will be responsible for Compensation Plans, quota setting, attainment, and analytics. In addition, they will support the Sales Development and Presales teams, as needed. They will work in a professional, high-end environment with lots of learning opportunities and growth potential for hard-working, bright individuals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create Compensation Plans in Excel for the Revenue team based on the structure approved by of the Compensation Committee.
- Assist in annual North America territory and quota setting.
- Ensure that compensation plans are administered consistently between various groups.
- Support the Sales Development team as needed,
- Review opportunities to determine if they meet current Lead qualifications and update Salesforce accordingly.
- Research all questions that arise from the Lead qualification assignments and provide follow up.
- Work with the Commissions team to ensure correct SAL assignment credit.
- Review contact owners and provide a file with the inconsistencies and proposed changes.
- Maintain Global Leads Assignment table.
- Maintain Lead Gen account assignments within Salesforce.
- Review MQL assignments to ensure correct Lead Gen owner.
- Identify non-active MQLs and disposition appropriately.
- Prepare the monthly Inside Sales team Year to date performance workbook.
- Maintain current Inside Sales Dashboards
- Create new dashboards as required.
- Prepare monthly reporting package on Inside Sales performance.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
Minimum Skills & Qualification Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing and sales operations with a B2B software company.
- Deep knowledge and hands on experience with Salesforce.com and other Lead Gen applications.
- Experience working on Leads qualification and assignment rules.
- Advanced user in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables; proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data.
- Hands on knowledge of SQL and Power BI/Qlik strongly desired, including building your own Dashboards and Data Sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration competencies.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work independently on several projects to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong project management and task management skills.
- Strong team player; comfortable working across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes.
