Responsibilities:

- Responsible for understanding and executing the workflow, processes, and business practices for partners.
- Acts as a first point of contact for partners/channel representatives and liaison with external and internal stakeholders daily to support partner transactions.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations, to support business operations and decision-making.
