Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in the Real Estate industry a must.
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial strategy, finance and accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, risk management, and financial reporting. The CFO will provide strategic financial insights to management to support business growth, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability.
Job Location: Aundh – Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and accounting operations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow, and profitability.
- Oversee financial planning for real estate projects, including project costing, fund allocation, and financial feasibility.
- Monitor project-wise financial performance, expenses, collections, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely payments, collections, reconciliations, and effective working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, investors, and external consultants.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and performance analysis for management decision-making.
- Identify financial risks, implement cost-control measures, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring strong financial controls and processes.
- Support management in business expansion, investment decisions, financial risk assessment, and long-term growth planning.
- Ensure effective utilisation of funds and maintain financial discipline across the organisation.
Qualification & Experience:
- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com with strong experience in finance and accounts.
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a senior finance leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of real estate project finance, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and statutory compliance.
