Sales Operations Manager
Summary:
LighthouseAI provides state licensing software and services for companies in the pharmaceutical supply chain. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing operations.
This is a full-time remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for creating efficiencies in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing operations, data analysis, and process improvement. This position will be hands-on and the expectation is to roll up your sleeves and execute.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Continuously refine go-to-market plans that ensure the company hits its growth targets; plans should include all target metrics from the top to the bottom of the marketing and sales funnel
- Contribute to territory and quota planning
- Build lists of target contacts at target accounts for prospecting initiatives
- Optimization:
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end revenue generation processes, from top of funnel pipeline generation to closed-won for new and existing customers
- Revise and document processes and other sales assets that ensure alignment between the customer, sales, finance, and the delivery teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address them.
- Document processes and all other assets necessary to eliminate mistakes and bottlenecks that slow down the team
- Provide operational support to the sales team and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Optimize technology use:
- Troubleshoot problems with the sales and marketing tech stack
- Optimize sales and marketing’s use of the current tech stack
- Continuously evaluate whether to replace technologies or implement new technologies
- Support rollouts of new technologies
- Reporting:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales and marketing performance and productivity
- Produce and manage Salesforce reports & dashboards for revenue team visibility and KPI management
- Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Analyze sales and marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments
- Automate all routine reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing sales processes and optimizing sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Compensation:
- $125,000 - $150,000 annually
