About the Role
We're looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Business/Sales Operations team. In this role, you'll own the design, automation, and delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports that give sales and business leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and operational health. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and leadership stakeholders to turn raw data into clear, actionable insight. You'll also own deal pricing support, helping Sales structure, review, and approve deals that are competitive and profitable.
What You'll Do
● Build, maintain, and continuously improve recurring sales/business performance reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly cadences)
● Partner with Sales and RevOps leaders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
● Automate manual reporting processes to reduce turnaround time and improve accuracy
● Analyze pipeline, conversion, and productivity data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities
● Handle deal pricing: build pricing models and quotes, review discount requests against approval guidelines, and route exceptions to the right approvers
● Track deal margins, discount levels, and pricing trends; recommend pricing guardrails and report on win rates by price point
● Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting tools; flag and resolve discrepancies
● Prepare presentation-ready summaries and visualizations for leadership and board-level updates
● Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional stakeholders with quick turnaround
● Document reporting logic, definitions, and processes for team-wide consistency
What We're Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, sales/business operations, or related role
● Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling); SQL a strong plus
● Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
● Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
● Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
● Ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
● Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed, remote-first team
● Working knowledge of deal pricing, discounting, and quote-to-cash processes, including approval workflows and margin analysis
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
● Experience supporting sales or GTM teams specifically
● Familiarity with scripting (Python) for data automation
● Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or similar) or prior deal desk experience
● Prior experience presenting reporting/metrics directly to leadership
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional exposure
